I was on the road, driving. My wife, passenger, booked the room. Somehow the booking went through Expedia. When I got to the hotel desk I found that the Expedia booking was approximately $100 per night more than the front desk rate. They would not change it. To add insult to injury…upon checkout they refused to give me honors points. VERY disappointed in the booking process. Room was ok.

We were greeted with smiles from the front desk staff who laughed with us and were extremely accommodating. Hot breakfast was good and maid staff and maintenance crew were all genuinely friendly.
